The former Stubenrusshaus in Innichen was up for sale and we wanted to transform the former bakery and confectionery into something special. Every house has a history, and that of today's Atto is closely linked to the shining eyes of children at the sight of the beloved Hefezopf braided yeast buns and homemade biscuits. That's why we wanted to create something that everyone could enjoy.
We have used only spruce wood from our own forests to furnish the rooms.
A slender, high form and the special colour, reminiscent of the Sextner Bachstein - all from the pencil of the Pedevilla architects from Bruneck.
From the building materials to the ingredients we use in the restaurant: They all come from the region.
